1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Baithak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (at least 16 years old if located in the European Union). You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activity under your account, and complying with applicable laws.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Baithak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content within the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post illegal content, harass or abuse others, impersonate another person, post copyrighted material without permission, or distribute malware or harmful code.
6. Content Removal & Suspension
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access to the Service. We are not obligated to monitor user content.
7. Account Deletion
Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app. Upon deletion, profile data is removed, posts are deleted, and access to the Service is revoked.
8. Service Availability
Baithak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baithak and its owners shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baithak and its owners from any claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Austria.
